I am really sorry about that
- There are a number of things that can go wrong but in most cases we should have told you well in advance that there was a problem with the delivery
- We will normally try and ring, SMS or finally email you when we are delivering or if we encounter problems. Sometimes customers' have found that they have missed calls from us which have explained the missing delivery
If it has gone wrong
- Submit a help ticket and set the priority to urgent
- Let us know the order number and one of our team will be right on finding out what happened to your meal and how we can get it to you
